Where the calls come from
West Palm Beach gives iguanas a little of everything, and the calls we get reflect it. Along Flagler Drive the Lake Worth Lagoon seawalls are some of the busiest runs in the city — iguanas den in the bank, bask on the caps all afternoon, and drop onto docks and pool decks. Push west into El Cid, Flamingo Park, and Northwood and it changes character: mango and sea-grape trees, and shady burrows tucked against the 1920s foundations. Downtown, it's the mid-rise condos, where they climb to flat roofs and balconies and then can't get back out of a pool cage.
The SoSo (South of Southern) blocks and Prospect Park run a bit of both — waterfront lots on one street, deep tree canopy the next. Out toward Clear Lake and the 33409 and 33411 corridors west of I-95, community retention lakes take over as the main driver, feeding animals up onto lawns and into flower beds well away from the coast.
What we actually do on a WPB property
We start with a free walk of the yard, seawall, and roofline to find the burrows and runs before we quote anything. Then we remove what's there by hand and catch-pole, collapse and pack the burrows so seawalls and slopes hold, and wrap the fruit trees and cut the climbing routes that give them a way back up.

Fast because we're close
We're based just south in Lake Worth, so same-day service across West Palm is normal — from the downtown waterfront out past I-95. Being fifteen minutes away also means we can keep an eye on a property across a season instead of one drive-by. Yes. The Intracoastal seawalls downtown are among the heaviest iguana runs in the city, and we handle single-family waterfront, condo boards, and mixed-use buildings along Flagler and the surrounding blocks.
Can you deal with iguanas in the historic districts like El Cid and Flamingo Park?
That's a big part of our West Palm work. Those neighborhoods have the mature fruit trees and old foundations iguanas love. We remove what's there and wrap the trees so they can't climb back up.
How fast can you get to West Palm Beach?
We're based in Lake Worth, roughly 15 minutes south, so same-day service is normal and we run emergency calls seven days a week.
