Being local is the whole point: it's how we hold same-day service and keep a close eye on a property across a season instead of parachuting in once.

Are you really same-day across the whole county?
Most of the time, yes. From our Lake Worth base we reach the central-county cities within about 15–30 minutes, and we run same-day and emergency calls seven days a week. On a heavy day the far corners might slip to next-morning, but we'll tell you the honest soonest when you call.
Do you charge for travel or a trip fee?
No separate travel or trip fee inside our Palm Beach County service area. The property walk and written quote are free, and the price we set covers the visit — the number is in writing before we start.
