Iguanas are the day job. The rest of the yard comes with it.
Green iguanas are what we do most, so it's what we're fastest at. The same crew also takes the cane toads, raccoons, ducks, and geese that turn up on the same properties.

Iguana Removal
We clear the iguanas already on your property — off seawalls, out of burrows, down from roofs — using humane, FWC-compliant methods.
We read the property first, then clear what's there — same day where we can — off the seawall, out of the burrows, and down from the roof.
- Hand-capture and catch-pole for the ones we can reach
- Monitored traps set on the runs and basking spots
- Burrows collapsed and packed so the bank stops washing out
Iguana Trapping
Traps placed on the runs and basking spots iguanas actually use, checked on a schedule so pressure drops week over week.
On lots that back up to water or heavy canopy, one visit won't hold. A monitored trap program keeps the numbers dropping instead of bouncing back.
- Traps placed on active runs, not scattered around the yard
- Checked on a schedule and moved as their habits change
- Catch counts logged and reported for HOAs and managers
Prevention & Tree Wraps
Clear tree wraps, dock-piling guards, and burrow collapse that break the cycle so you aren't paying for removal every month.
Removal clears today's iguanas. Prevention is what keeps you from paying to remove the same ones again next month.
- Clear tree wraps that take away the grip they climb with
- Dock-piling and seawall guards that close the runs along the water
- Landscaping and feeding fixes that make the yard a poor fit

An iguana problem is a property problem.
The droppings on the pool deck are the least of it. Give them a season and iguanas do the kind of damage that costs a lot more to fix than it ever costs to remove them.
Seawalls & foundations
Burrows run six feet or more, collapsing seawalls, sidewalks, and canal banks from underneath.
Landscaping & greens
They graze hibiscus, orchids, and fresh turf to nothing and tear up manicured beds and fairways.
Pools & screens
Droppings foul pools and decks, and they slip into screen enclosures and can't get out.
They multiply fast
One female lays dozens of eggs a year. A couple becomes a colony in a season if nothing's done.
Caught early, it's a quick clear-out. Caught late, it's a seawall repair. The math almost always favors calling sooner.

A clear-out is easy. Keeping them gone is the job.
Anybody can net an iguana off a seawall for the afternoon. The two steps that actually end it — hardening the property and coming back — are the ones most companies skip. We build the whole job around them.

The things people ask before they call.
Still have a question?
Call or text Nick — he'll give it to you straight, no pressure.
Call (561) 735-1975How much does iguana removal cost?
It depends on your property, how many iguanas are around, and whether you want a one-time clear-out or an ongoing program. That's why the property walk and quote are free — you get a firm price in writing before any work starts, with no contract you can't cancel.
Do you remove iguanas humanely?
Yes. Green iguanas are an invasive species in Florida, and we handle them under FWC guidelines using humane methods — hand-capture, catch-poles, and targeted trapping rather than poisons or anything that puts pets and kids at risk.
How fast can you come out?
We're based in Lake Worth and cover the whole county seven days a week, so same-day service is normal and we take emergency calls when something's in the house or on the roof.
Can you actually keep them from coming back?
That's the part most companies skip. After removal we harden the property — clear tree wraps, dock-piling guards, and burrow collapse — so you're not paying to remove the same iguanas every month.
Do you work with HOAs, golf courses, and property managers?
A large share of our work is community-scale: retention lakes, shared seawalls, greens, and clubhouses. We provide written plans and service records boards and managers can keep on file.
