Canal-and-HOA country
Boca Raton is canal-and-HOA country, and that shapes the work. The heaviest pressure runs along the Intracoastal and the Spanish River canal system — the seawalls in Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club and The Sanctuary take constant bank burrowing and dock basking, and Lake Wyman feeds animals up and down that stretch. West of the Turnpike, in Mission Bay and Boca Bath & Tennis, it flips to retention lakes and golf-adjacent lawns fed by the El Rio Canal.
The ZIP spread tells the same story: 33432 and 33487 near the water, 33433, 33434, and 33496 out in the gated communities, 33431 and 33486 around the university and the older interior blocks. Different habitat, same species — but the plan changes street to street.
The summer pool-cage run
Every summer we get a run of pool-cage and screen-enclosure calls, where an iguana gets inside a lanai and can't climb back out. We remove the trapped animal first, then find and seal the entry points along the screen and roofline so it stops happening — usually a torn spline, a gap at the roof return, or a missing kick-plate.

A large share of our Boca work is community common areas, so we're comfortable presenting a plan to a board and keeping the service records a property manager needs on file. On estate waterfront we stay discreet, and everything is FWC-compliant and humane. Whether it's one seawall or miles of shared lake bank, we scale the plan to the property.
